REFUND POLICY

Our customers are valued and much appreciated! We thank you for your business. All purchases can be EXCHANGED ONLY. NO REFUNDS will be provided.

Hair is a hygienic product. If the hair has been worn, colored/dyed, flat-ironed, combed the hair cannot be exchanged. The hair must be returned in the original state. Logo hang tag and bundle wrap must be intact. If the bundle wrap or hang tag has been broken, the hair cannot be exchanged. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Customers have 7 days from the time the hair was received to exchange hair for an item that is equal or greater value. If you are returning hair for an exchange that is a greater value, then please email lazulisalon26@gmail.com prior to sending hair.

The hair extensions must be returned in original package.
